About The Role

Balto, a pioneering tech startup that has built a suite of AI tools for large sales and customer service teams, is seeking a talented Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the development and enhancement of Balto's AI products, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and align with our business objectives. This is a fully remote position, offering you the flexibility to work anywhere in the U.S.

Who We Are Looking For

We're looking for a strategic thinker with a knack for turning ideas into reality. The ideal candidate has strong product management skills, an understanding of AI technologies, and the ability to work cross-functionally to drive product metrics up. You should be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and be passionate about creating products that delight customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to bring new features and products to market
• Conduct market research and customer interviews to identify needs and opportunities
• Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business goals, and technical feasibility
• Monitor and analyze product performance, using data to drive decision-making and improvements
• Lead the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond

• Develop a new AI-powered feature by gathering customer insights, defining requirements, and coordinating with engineering and design teams
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities for product differentiation
• Manage the rollout of a major product update, ensuring all teams are aligned and customers are informed
• Use data analytics to track the success of a new feature and iterate based on user feedback
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• 2- 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a tech or AI-focused company
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in business
• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and internal teams
• Ability to break down complex tasks into structured, actionable steps
