The Role

At TrackStreet, our Revenue Operations team keeps the entire customer lifecycle - from first pipeline touch through renewal - running on clean data and reliable systems. We're hiring a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to own the day-to-day administration of our sales systems and processes, with an emphasis on HubSpot CRM management, quote-to-cash support, commission administration, and revenue reporting.

This is a hands-on operational role for someone who's energized by fixing the small things that add up: a broken workflow, a mismatched property, a report that doesn't tie out. You'll work at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success, ensuring that deals move cleanly through HubSpot and DealHub, that commission calculations are accurate and auditable, and that the data leadership relies on for pipeline and revenue decisions is trustworthy.

You'll also play a role in the handoffs that happen after a deal closes - supporting renewal tracking, account reassignments, and the account health and churn reporting that keep our retention motion on solid ground. This isn't a support-ticket role; it's a systems and process role where accuracy and follow-through directly protect revenue. This role reports to the Head of Revenue Operations.
