A Little About Our Marketing Team
Our marketing team is a dynamic group dedicated to driving growth and building brand awareness. We thrive on creativity, collaboration, and data-driven strategies. By working closely with revenue operations, sales, product, and customer success teams, we ensure our content aligns with our business objectives and delivers value to our customers.
What You Do
- Develop Demand Generation Tactics: Partner with the Marketing Leader to support the creation and execution of demand generation tactics that align with business goals and drive pipeline growth.
- Campaign Execution: Assist in the design, implementation, and optimization of multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email marketing, paid advertising, webinars, and events.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data and analytics to measure campaign performance, track key metrics, and make data-informed decisions to improve future campaigns.
- Lead Nurturing: Develop and manage lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the buyer's journey, utilizing marketing automation and CRM tools. Including the ability to recognize buying signals, and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- ABM Support: Assist in implementing and managing account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to target high-value accounts and drive personalized engagement.
- SEO and SEM: Collaborate with the SEO and SEM team to optimize content for search engines and manage paid search campaigns to drive qualified traffic.
- Budget Assistance: Support the management of the demand generation budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Content + Creative Collaboration: Partner closely with the content and creative teams to produce compelling, targeted materials that drive demand generation efforts and captivate our audience.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with sales, product, and customer success teams to align demand generation efforts with their needs and ensure consistency across all channels.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate relationships with external vendors and agencies, including SEO agencies, ad networks, and marketing technology providers.
- Stay Updated:You are committed to continuous learning and improvement, staying updated with the latest marketing technologies and tactics to enhance demand generation strategies.

What You’ve Done
- You have 3+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a related field, preferably within a SaaS company.
- You have a strong understanding of B2B marketing principles, lead generation strategies, and the B2B buyer journey.
- You have successfully designed, executed, and optimized multi-channel demand generation campaigns that drive pipeline growth and revenue.
- You have experience in developing and managing lead nurturing programs, moving prospects through the buyer's journey effectively
- You have a strong understanding of the tech and startup scene, staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
- You have experience and success in leveraging marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and other technologies to drive productivity and efficiency.

What We Offer You
- Annualized Base Salary Range: $32,000 to $48,000 per year
