About the Role As a Titan Intake intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting the team in healthcare automation, operations, and communication improvement projects. The role emphasizes adaptability, initiative, and the ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment focused on health-tech innovation.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport projects related to AI-driven patient intake and data automation. Contribute to communications and analytics initiatives. Collaborate with team members on workflow optimization and healthcare process improvements. Assist with research, documentation, and product support as directed. Work proactively and take ownership of assigned tasks. Apply critical thinking to propose new ideas and improve existing workflows.
What We’re Looking For Titan Intake values self-starters who can “take basic instructions and figure it out.” Interns should be adaptable, communicative, and eager to learn. Strong soft skills—including time management, adaptability, and ownership—are considered essential. While hard skills are less of a focus, an understanding of startup operations and an entrepreneurial mindset are strong differentiators. The ideal intern is curious, driven, and able to execute effectively without close supervision.
