About the Role

We are looking for a Solutions Engineer who will be the technical linchpin of our Go-To-Market (GTM) team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of software engineering, customer success, and pre-sales support.

You’ll partner closely with Sales and Customer Success to:

  • Guide prospective customers through technical evaluations
  • Onboard and support existing customers post-sale
  • Act as the voice of the customer in shaping the product

This is a high-impact, customer-facing role that combines technical aptitude with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

What You’ll Do

Pre-Sales (50%)

  • Lead technical discovery calls and product demos
  • Customize and deliver proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and workflow integrations
  • Respond to technical questions and objections – And work cross-functionally with Product

Engineering Teams to deliver solutions

  • Act as a trusted advisor on CI/CD and GitHub Actions security best practices

Post-Sales (50%)

  • Own the technical onboarding process for new customers
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers
  • Identify expansion opportunities and relay product feedback

Who You Are

  • 3+ years in a Solutions Engineering, DevOps, Security Engineer, or SRE role
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and security best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering
  • Self-motivated and comfortable with the ambiguity of a startup environment
  • Experience working with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions preferred)

Nice-to-Haves

  • Prior experience at an early-stage SaaS startup in Solutions Engineering supporting DevOps or Security tools sold to developers
  • Hands-on scripting experience in Go or similar
  • Background in InfoSec or AppSec
  • Familiarity with open source ecosystems
