Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. As an SDR at Paraspot AI, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by identifying and generating new business opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a rapidly growing company and contribute to our mission of transforming the property inspection and management industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients in the property management and real estate sectors.

- Initiate outbound calls and emails to prospective clients to introduce Paraspot AI’s solutions and generate interest.

- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.

- Follow up with prospects in a timely manner to ensure a high level of engagement and conversion.

- Participate in regular sales meetings and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum of 1-year experience as an SDR or similar role in a B2B environment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.

- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- English at mother tongue level is a must

- Multiple languages are a big plus

- Experience or knowledge in the real estate field
