We are experiencing rapid growth (~15% MoM) doing exclusively founder sales. We're looking for a proactive Account Executive to help us keep the pace and continue to grow like crazy.

🎯 What You'll Do
Your mission will be to source and close new deals:
- Revenue Generation & Pipeline Building
- Process & Playbook Creation
- Customer Discovery & Feedback
- Collaboration
🎓 About You
- You think and operate like a founder: high agency, integrity, and ownership. You don't over-index on past experience and are willing to experiment with new, scrappy things.
- You're data-driven: skilled in analyzing customer metrics to proactively address potential issues.
- You care about creating real-world impact.
- You aren't afraid to work really hard.
- You're excited to join a rocketship startup.
- We're looking at two potential archetypes for this role:
- More senior, strategic, but not at all afraid to be an individual contributer and get out there and sell. You can sell and relay great feedback to product and the broader team to help further refine ICP and GTM motions. Likely stay senior and build out team as motion scales.
- Scrappy, hungry, early career, but high potential individual contributor who we train well and you grow with the company. You absolutely crank and learn quickly.
- Experience as a top-performing AE
- Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and executives. You'll be working with some large companies.
- Bonus: background in eLearning, SaaS startups, and/or enterprise accounts.
- Competitive salary based on experience (120K-180K OTE)
