We're looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Estate Planning Specialist I to serve as the first point of contact for our members. This is a full-time, remote position with hours of 10am–7pm EST, with a clear path to grow into an ESP II or ESP III role.

What the job is:

  • Handling live calls and Intercom chats as the first point of contact for members
  • Educating members on estate planning and the value of having a plan
  • Supporting members through the sales process and driving conversion
  • Following up with interested members to keep the momentum
  • Bringing a solution-oriented mindset to help improve how we support members as we grow

Who you are:

  • Customer support background — prior experience required; estate planning knowledge is a bonus
  • Bilingual — fluent in English and Spanish
  • Strong communicator — professional, concise, and confident with members and leadership
  • Fast learner and tech-savvy — comfortable picking up new tools and platforms quickly; no prior experience with our systems required
  • Coachable — eager to grow; feedback and development are core to how we work here
  • Adaptable — we're a startup, which means things evolve quickly; you're comfortable with change and can thrive in a dynamic environment
