This is a remote position.
Water is arguably the most important resource in the world and yet the industry is notoriously slow at innovating and adopting new technologies that allow them to easily automate endless hours of non-productive admin work from skilled workers. The cost of water is rising as an aging workforce is unable to adapt and multi-million dollar infrastructure decisions are being made without the best data. Our mission is about making water better , and it starts with the professionals at the nexus of all water decisions in a community. Klir will be the operating system for water and we have started on that journey by building the first work enablement platform for water. It’s designed to reduce the burden of administration so the experts can dedicate their precious time to solving a critical problem for our species.
Requirements
Responsibilities
Willingness to get your hands dirty, lead by example, and motivate a remote team of high-performing Account Executives and Business Development representatives
Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
Manage day to day activities and ongoing KPIs and metrics from a full lifecycle perspective
Work cross-functionally to guide internal processes and standards forward and implement new sales processes including sales enablement
Maintain an annual sales target, relay critical feedback from prospects and clients to the sales team, and drive the annual growth
Understand the competitive landscape and position Klir effectively
Craft your own style of delivering Klir’s value proposition in a way prospects will relate to--discussing our products, integrations, and features
Ownership of suite of sales software including Salesforce, Sale Loft and Zoom Info and having a natural disposition to using software to measure sales performance and efficiency
7+ years experience in B2B SaaS Sales
4+ years of progressive leadership experience
Hands-on with a solid track record of prior enterprise Account Executive experience crushing targets
Have managed a sales team that have delivered at > $2million in revenue in one calendar year
Track record of success - exceeding team sales quotas and achieving sales KPIs
Data-driven mindset, strong business judgment, and proven ability to perform analysis, draw key insights, and form and execute a strong sales strategy and process
Excellent communication and emotional intelligence
Experience selling globally to municipalities and governments and their procurement processes
Experience with Salesforce, (from a leadership perspective, reports & dashboards)
