Position Overview:
Are you a motivated, results-driven sales professional with a hunter mentality? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment? Jurny is seeking commission-only Sales Representatives who are eager to make an impact and grow with our company. This role offers the potential to transition to a full-time position with a base salary, inbound leads, and additional benefits after achieving one quarter of quota attainment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and engage potential clients within the short-term rental and vacation rental market through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies.
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of Jurny's AI software solutions.
- Negotiate and Close Deals: Skillfully negotiate terms and close sales to achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to effectively position Jurny's products.
- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in a sales role, preferably in SaaS, tech, or a related industry.
- Strong hunter mentality with exceptional prospecting and lead generation skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment, adapting quickly to changes and challenges.
- Passion for innovation and delivering top-notch products and services.
What We Offer:
- Commission-only role with On Target Earnings: $90,000 - $140,000 per year. Commissions are uncapped so based on your performance you could earn substantially more than the target earning.
