Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly to customers.
  • Generate leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
  • Maintain daily sales records, follow-ups, and customer data.
  • Handle basic billing coordination and ensure smooth customer onboarding.
  • Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
  • Coordinate with backend teams for order processing and service delivery.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
  • Customer-centric and presentable personality.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to work under targets and pressure.
  • Graduate / Undergraduate (as per company policy).

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Prior experience in front-desk sales, retail sales, or customer handling.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
