The Role
This is a high-activity outbound BDR position. Cold calls, cold outreach, pipeline generation. Not passive. Not inbound.
What you'll do:
Pursuant to applicable pay transparency laws, the base salary range for this role is $60,000 to $70,000, with additional commission based on performance.

The Role
This is a high-activity outbound BDR position. Cold calls, cold outreach, pipeline generation. Not passive. Not inbound.
What you'll do:
- 100+ calls per day with follow-up emails logged in HubSpot
- Convert outreach into qualified meetings with law firm decision-makers
- Generate pipeline that hits demo targets (minimum 14 completed shows per month)
- Partner with Account Executives on handoff and deal progression
- Use conferences and events as additional pipeline channels
- 2+ years in outbound sales, SDR, or business development
- Comfortable with high-volume cold calling
- Consistent, coachable, and motivated by targets
- Strong verbal communicator who qualifies and adapts in real time
- Metrics-driven environment with clear expectations
- Supportive team with shared learnings and direct feedback
- Compensation that scales with production
