By integrating human expertise with Predictive, Generative and Agentic AI, we enhance the speed, quality and predictability of strategic and operational decisions.Role Description:You will work directly with clients in three key areas: (1) Through client interviews, baseline their current decision processes; (2) Architect solutions to help improve decision capabilities using our software and services; (3) Ensure clients get the most value from our solutions by helping set up decision processes in the tool and interacting with clients.How you will grow:You will contribute to shaping the Decision Success function, reporting to the VP of Decision Success and working closely with the CCO, CEO and Chief Product Officer to execute our land-and-expand strategy and refine processes and best practices. As a start-up, you may help lead and support commercial initiatives across Marketing, Sales or Service.Responsibilities:- Lead client interviews to baseline current decision-making practices; manage pre/post activities- Architect solutions to improve client success through our software and services- Develop decision trees/playbooks to help clients succeed in using the software- Ensure clients are well trained and have the best experience possible- Support business development and expand client relationships- Support the VP of Decision Success, establishing best practicesSkills and Qualifications:- 3–5 years in strategy/management consulting or similar- BS degree from a reputable university/college- Familiarity with problem-solving frameworks (issue trees, Porter’s Five Forces, etc.)- Exposure to decision-making across marketing, sales or strategy (pricing, brand positioning, innovation, etc.)- Experience in CPG, pharma, consumer tech or other consumer industries is a plus- Strong structured problem-solving and recommendation development- Strong communication skills with senior clients; effective email/presentation/follow-up- Data integration/synthesis skills- Willingness to learn all elements of our software and servicesBenefits:- Competitive Salary + Equity- Unlimited PTO- Health insurance (vision and dental) and 401K- Senior level exposureClearbox Decisions Inc. dba Cloverpop is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action employer.
