Role: Decision Intelligence Engagement Manager. Level: Mid-Senior Level. Location: Chicago, IL. Headquartered in Chicago with a global team in California, Mexico, Portugal, and Ukraine.Role Description: Work directly with clients to: 1) baseline decision processes via interviews, 2) architect solutions to improve decision capabilities using our software and services, and 3) ensure clients derive maximum value by setting up decision processes and engaging with stakeholders.How you will grow: Contribute to shaping the Decision Success function. Work closely with CCO, CEO, and CPO to execute land-and-expand and refine processes and best practices. May support commercial initiatives across Marketing, Sales, or Service.Responsibilities: Lead client interviews and manage pre/post activities; Architect solutions through software and services; Develop decision trees/playbooks; Train clients and ensure excellent product experience; Support business development and expand client relationships; Support VP of Decision Success in establishing best practices.Skills and Qualifications: 3–5 years in strategy/management consulting or similar; BS degree; Familiarity with problem-solving frameworks (issue trees, Porter’s Five Forces, etc.); Exposure to decision-making processes across marketing, sales, or strategy; Experience in CPG, pharma, consumer tech or other consumer industries is a plus; Strong structured problem solving; Strong communication with senior clients; Data integration/synthesis; Deep understanding of the software and services.Benefits: Competitive Salary + Equity; Unlimited PTO; Health insurance (vision and dental) and 401K; Senior level exposure.
