We seek an experienced data scientist focused on automating decision-making across business areas and developing backend modules for Decision Intelligence assistants and agentic AI systems.Role Description: Use advanced analytics and machine learning, predictive analytics, and big data tools to automate analysis of structured/unstructured data and generate natural language insights, recommendations, and decisions.Responsibilities:- Identify valuable data sources and automate ETL for structured/unstructured data.- Analyze large/complex datasets to discover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.- Develop/deploy ML models and predictive algorithms for automated analysis and recommendations/decisions.- Design and implement real-time decision-making systems (state analysis, recommendations, optimization).- Evaluate/fine-tune algorithms for accuracy, scalability, performance; collaborate cross-functionally; present outcomes clearly to non-technical stakeholders.Qualifications:- Master’s in data science/computer science/statistics/mathematics or related; 3+ years relevant experience.- Strong Python proficiency; libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, SciPy, Statsmodels, TensorFlow, PyTorch.- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL, GitHub tools, A/B testing frameworks; good understanding of time-series and forecasting.- Excellent communication; BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and marketing mix modeling a plus; high energy and passion for AI.Benefits: Competitive salary and equipment allowances; flexible schedule and paid PTO; collaborative culture; growth opportunities.
