We equip enterprises to model, orchestrate, automate, and learn from mission-critical decision processes.Role Description:We are seeking an experienced and innovative data scientist focused on automating decision-making processes across a range of business areas. You will develop backend modules for Decision Intelligence assistants and AI agentic systems using advanced analytics and machine learning to analyze structured and unstructured data and generate natural-language insights, recommendations and decisions.Responsibilities:- Identify valuable data sources and automate ETL for structured and unstructured data- Analyze large, complex datasets to discover trends, patterns, anomalies and insights- Develop and deploy ML models and predictive algorithms for automated analysis and recommendations- Design and implement systems for real-time decision-making (state analysis, recommendations, process optimization)- Continuously evaluate and fine-tune algorithms for accuracy, scalability and performance- Collaborate with decision success, engineering and product teams- Present complex analytics and outcomes to non-technical stakeholdersQualifications:- Master’s in data science, computer science, statistics, mathematics or related field- 3+ years of relevant experience- Strong Python proficiency; experience with Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, SciPy, Statsmodels, TensorFlow, PyTorch- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL, GitHub tools and A/B testing frameworks (plus)- Good understanding of time series analysis and forecasting- Strong problem-solving skills and strategic mindset- Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and marketing mix modeling (especially in CPG) is a plus- High energy, passion for learning, and interest in AI-driven decision-makingBenefits:- Competitive salary and work equipment allowances- Flexible work schedule and paid personal time off- Collaborative team culture with cross-functional exposure- Opportunities for professional growth and learningClearbox Decisions Inc. dba Cloverpop is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action employer.
