The candidate will be responsible for the development of backend modules for Decision Intelligence assistants and AI agentic systems. You will use advanced analytics and machine learning techniques, predictive analytics and big data tools to develop and implement solutions for automated analysis of structured and unstructured data to generate natural language insights, recommendations and decision recommendations.Responsibilities:- Work with AI experts, data scientists, engineers, business analysts and market researchers to create solutions helping Fortune 500 companies make strategic business decisions.- Identify valuable data sources and automate ETL processes of structured and unstructured data.- Analyze large and complex datasets from various sources to discover trends, patterns, anomalies and uncover actionable insights.- Develop and deploy machine learning models and predictive algorithms for automated data analysis, generating recommendations, and decisions.- Design and implement systems for real-time decision-making in areas such as current state analysis, business recommendations, and process optimization.- Continuously evaluate and fine-tune algorithms to improve accuracy, scalability, and performance.- Collaborate with decision success, engineering, and product development teams.- Present complex analytics and outcomes to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.Qualifications:- Master’s degree in data science, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.- 3+ years of relevant job experience.- Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with data analysis and ML libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, SciPy, Statsmodels, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases, GitHub tools and A/B testing frameworks is a big plus.- Good understanding of time series analysis and forecasting methods.- Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.- Excellent communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.- Experience using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI etc.) and Marketing mix modeling skills (especially in CPG) a big plus.- High energy, a passion for learning, and a genuine interest in revolutionizing enterprise decision-making through AI.Benefits:- Competitive salary and work equipment allowances.- Flexible work schedule and paid personal time off.- Collaborative team culture with cross-functional exposure to engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders.- Opportunities for professional growth and learning.Clearbox Decisions Inc. dba Cloverpop is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action employer.
