Decision making can be a broad, abstract topic. We are looking for an expert communicator that can drive Clearbox Decision’s efforts in educating potential clients and business leaders on effectively managing the decision process and how our Cloverpop platform drives results. In this role you will develop and drive the company’s marketing strategy, coordinating thought leadership (articles, podcasts, webinars), collateral, advertising tactics, and managing top-of-funnel pipeline.How you will grow: Opportunity to shape the marketing function and build the team; work directly with advisors and senior-level client executives.Responsibilities:- Develop marketing strategy aligned to business objectives; translate to a tactical plan and calendar.- Own and coordinate marketing execution; define budgets and ROI measurement.- Support development of thought leadership content with leadership and advisors.- Manage/build the marketing tech stack (primarily HubSpot); oversee social, content, and website.- Develop/measure advertising campaigns; hire, mentor, and grow the marketing team; support sales and lead gen.Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor’s in business/marketing/communications or related; 5+ years in B2B software marketing.- Proven strategy and campaign execution; excellent communication and copywriting; budget management.- Project/stakeholder management; experience with social/content; marketing automation (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).- Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.Benefits: Competitive Salary + Equity; Unlimited PTO; Remote work OK; Health insurance (vision and dental) and 401K; Senior level exposure.
