Reporting To: VP of Decision Success.About the Company: Clearbox Decisions (Cloverpop) delivers a system of record for business decisions, helping enterprises structure, collaborate, track, and learn from decisions.Role Description: Work directly with clients to: (1) baseline current decision processes via interviews; (2) architect solutions to improve decision capabilities using our software/services; (3) ensure clients get maximum value by setting up processes in the tool and engaging stakeholders.How you will grow: Shape the Decision Success function; work closely with CCO, CEO, and CPO on land-and-expand; support broader commercial initiatives as needed.Responsibilities:- Lead client interviews and manage pre/post activities.- Architect solutions and develop decision trees/playbooks for client success.- Train clients on software; support business development and account expansion.- Support VP of Decision Success with best practices.Skills and Qualifications:- 1–3 years in strategy/management consulting or similar; BS degree.- Familiarity with problem-solving frameworks (issue trees, Porter’s Five Forces, etc.).- Exposure to decision-making processes in marketing/sales/strategy.- Industry exposure to CPG/pharma/consumer tech a plus.- Strong problem solving, communication, data synthesis, and solution knowledge.Benefits: Competitive Salary + Equity; Unlimited PTO; Health insurance (vision and dental) and 401K; Senior level exposure.
