Reporting To: VP of Decision Success.About the Company: Clearbox Decisions is on a mission to change business decision making through our Cloverpop platform and services, providing a system of record for business decisions.Role Description: Work directly with clients to: 1) baseline current decision processes via interviews, 2) architect solutions using our software and services, and 3) ensure clients gain maximum value by setting up decision processes and engaging with stakeholders.How you will grow: Shape the role and contribute to the Decision Success function. Work closely with CCO, CEO, and CPO to support land-and-expand and establish processes and best practices. May support other commercial initiatives across Marketing, Sales, or Service.Responsibilities: Lead client interviews to baseline decision practices; Architect solutions to improve decision capabilities; Develop decision trees/playbooks; Train clients and ensure excellent product experience; Support business development and expand client relationships; Support the VP of Decision Success in establishing best practices.Skills and Qualifications: 1–3 years in strategy/management consulting or similar; BS degree; Familiarity with problem-solving frameworks (issue trees, Porter’s Five Forces, etc.); Exposure to decision-making processes in marketing, sales, or strategy; Experience in CPG, pharma, consumer tech or related industries is a plus; Strong structured problem solving; Strong communication skills with senior clients; Data integration/synthesis skills; Ability to learn and understand all elements of the software and services.Benefits: Competitive Salary + Equity; Unlimited PTO; Health insurance (vision and dental) and 401K; Senior level exposure.
