Decision Success Manager. Reporting To: VP of Decision Success. About the Company: Clearbox Decisions is on a mission to change business decision making with the Cloverpop platform and solution services. Role Description: Work directly with clients to (1) baseline current decision processes through interviews, (2) architect solutions to improve decision capabilities using our software and services, and (3) ensure clients get value by helping set up decision processes, training and interactions. How you will grow: Freedom to shape the role and Decision Success function; work closely with CCO, CEO and Chief Product Officer to execute land-and-expand strategy and establish best practices; may support other commercial initiatives across Marketing, Sales or Service. Responsibilities: Lead client interviews and manage pre/post activities; architect solutions; develop decision trees/playbooks; ensure clients are trained and successful; support business development and account expansion; support VP of Decision Success and establish best practices. Skills and Qualifications: 1–3 years in strategy/management consulting or similar; BS degree; familiarity with problem-solving frameworks (issue trees, Porter’s Five Forces, etc.); exposure to decision-making across marketing, sales, strategy (pricing, brand positioning, innovation, etc.); experience in CPG/pharma/consumer tech or other consumer industries is a plus; strong problem-solving leading to concrete recommendations; strong communication with senior clients; data integration/synthesis; solution knowledge of our software and services.
