Reporting To: VP of Decision SuccessAbout the Company:Clearbox Decisions is on a mission to change business decision making. Each year, tens of billions of dollars are lost or wasted because of bad decisions, and we are here to fix that. We have built the first system of record for business decisions (think Salesforce for decisions). Through our software platform, Cloverpop (www.cloverpop.com) and solution services, we provide enterprise clients with the ability to structure, collaborate, track, and learn from decisions. We focus primarily on marketing, sales, and strategy decision areas. Thanks to our proven technology and process, we remove human biases, increase stakeholder buy in and drive decision speed and quality. Our clients include Fortune 100 companies in the consumer goods, pharmaceutical and technology industries.Role Description:As a Decision Success Manager you will be working directly with clients in three key areas: 1) Through client interviews, baseline their current decision processes 2) Architect solutions to help improve their decision capabilities using our software and services and 3) Ensure our clients get the most value from our solutions by helping set up decision processes in the tool, interact with clients, etc.How you will grow:As a Decision Success Manager at Clearbox Decisions, you will have the freedom to shape the role, and contribute to shaping the Decision Success function overall. You will be reporting directly to the VP of Decision Success and work closely with the CCO, CEO and Chief Product Officer to help execute our “land and expand” strategy and establish processes and best practices as we continue to grow. Given we are a start-up team, you may be asked to help lead and support other commercial related initiatives across Marketing, Sales or Service.Responsibilities:- Lead client interviews to baseline current decision-making practices, manage pre / post interview activities- Architect solutions to improve client success practices through our software and services- Develop “decision trees” / decision playbooks to help our clients succeed in using the software- Ensure clients are well trained in our software tools and have the best experience possible- Support our business development activities and help expand our client relationships- Support the VP of Decision Success as needed, including establishing best practices for the Decision Success functionSkills and Qualifications:- 1-3 years of experience in strategy/management consulting or similar experience- BS degree from a reputable university / college- Familiarity with developing and using problem solving frameworks (ex. issue trees, Porter's Five Forces, etc.)- Exposure to decision-making processes across various functions such as marketing, sales or strategy (ex. pricing, brand positioning, innovation, etc.)- Experience in consumer-packaged goods, pharmaceutical, consumer technology or other consumer industries (working in, or advising) is a plus- Problem solving and recommendation development – structured problem-solving leading to concrete business recommendations- Strong communication skills – working directly with senior level clients; well-structured e-mails, presentation skills, consistent and timely follow up- Data integration / synthesis – integrating various data sources to synthesize data and develop recommendations- Solution knowledge – understanding our software and services and how they solve client problems.Benefits:- Competitive Salary + Equity- Unlimited PTO- Health insurance (vision and dental) and 401K- Senior level exposure
