About the Role

As Product Manager, you'll play a key role in executing our product strategy and driving innovation. You'll work cross-functionally to ensure successful product launches, optimize our offerings based on data-driven insights, and deliver exceptional products that meet customer needs. This role requires strong analytical thinking, customer focus, and a passion for product excellence.

What You'll Do

• Product Strategy & Roadmap – Collaborate with senior product leadership to execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap initiatives
• Product Board Management – Manage the product management board in, organizing features, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth workflow from ideation to launch and optimization
• Customer Research & Insights – Conduct customer interviews, surveys, etc to understand user needs, pain points, and opportunities
• Feature Definition & Requirements – Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements documents to guide development
• Data Analysis & Optimization – Define key product metrics, analyze user behavior and performance data, and drive product improvements based on insights
• Customer Support & Feedback – Partner with customer-facing teams to gather feedback, support product implementations, and resolve product-related issues
• Process Improvement – Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve user experience, and enhance product development processes

What You Bring

• 3-5 years of experience in product management with a track record of successful product launches
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform product decisions and measure success
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present to various stakeholders
• Experience with product management tools such as Linear, Roadmunk, or similar roadmapping and project management platforms
• Technical understanding of software development processes
• Ability to translate customer needs and business requirements into clear product specifications
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working effectively with cross-functional teams
• Customer-focused mindset with passion for solving user problems and delivering value
• Experience with product analytics tools
• Previous experience in logistics or supply chain a huge plus
